What if every curve, every ripple, every dimple…wasn’t a flaw to tame…but a place for pleasure to land…a place life has kissed you. 💋

Joy as a practice ✨ Joy as presence ✨ Joy as prayer through the body ✨ Joy is the body saying yes to life ✨ Not every prayer lives in stillness. Some arrive through laughter, through hips remembering they are wild, through feet that do not care about the right steps. The divine doesn’t only meet you in quiet…it shows up in a beat that grabs your whole being before you even notice you’re moving. There is a spark that happens when you stop managing and controlling yourself and let life move right through you. Joy is holy mischief…the divine crashing into the body, messy and unkept and so beautifully human. When your body leads and the mind softens, that is prayer too. Joy is its own kind of meditation arriving as laughter and movement, goofy, messy, heart-wide-open aliveness, fully here, not trying to be anywhere else. Joy is a doorway back into your body, back into now, back into the part of you that remembers how to be free.

The luteal phase really said, “feel it all.”

In a kinky kinda way I love that about being a woman.

It’s the perfect time to share funny memes with your gals…eat Loco Love and cheese, stare at the wall, and make jokes about the feels (maybe all at the same time).
