$The world: is a dumpster fire 🔥 Us: let’s drink a few cacaos and create a reel about fire horse energies 🐎🔥😆 Yeah, we talk about serious energy, healing, biz and money things over here at times...😏 But there are so many fractals to being human and laughter and joy are some of the most important frequencies we can access. 👉 Business can be hard to navigate sometimes on your own. 👉 Healing can be shadowy and arduous to move through. 👉 The world IS currently a dumpster fire (and amazing all at the same time). But you know what else is true? Sometimes the most revolutionary thing you can do is drink ceremonial cacao with your best friend, laugh until you can’t breathe, and create ridiculous content about astrological transits just because you CAN! This is us trying to film a funny reel and completely losing it.🤪😅😆 Because apparently, we might not be as serious as you think. And we are mostly laughing all the time. And that’s exactly the medicine the world needs right now. Some lightness, laughter, reminders that getting together with your bestie and laughing until your cheeks hurt is actually a business strategy. You’re exhausted and it’s not even your shit...🤓💩 Here’s what’s wild about this and probably why you feel so fucking drained. We’re all so spiritually aware and conscious, yet no matter how much we try to avoid the news or limit social media, there’s a texture to what’s happening out there that still gets through…its like we are going through a recalibration of our energy fields trying to find the sweet spot in the new “normal”. 🤪 It seeps into our field, our energy, how we’re existing in the world right now. I laugh at myself often about being “spiritually aware”…because we “know the greater reasons” yet we can get caught in this “yes, this is happening BUT we know better” loop. We want to rage (and sometimes we really fucking should) but we keep ourselves in check because we know that staying stuck in that energy doesn’t actually help anything or anybody. Yet those outside forces still can penetrate our field. We can have all our practices which is wonderful but if you have a day or two where you feel a little off, getting sick, something happening emotionally…things can get in and fuck with us (making us think its all ours). Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is trust what doesn't make logical sense.

I'm learning more and more in my energy work about resonance and what it actually means and how it manifests in the 3D.

And it's completely different from what Instagram tells you about "alignment."

Everyone says: "Just get into alignment with what you want."

But what if what you want isn't actually in resonance with you, your energy or your path right now?

Resonance is your system's way of saying 'this belongs with me' or 'this doesn't match my frequency.' It's deeper than attraction, deeper than wanting something. It's about energetic compatibility on a cellular level.

Perhaps it's just a change of language for us all...resonance feels softer and yummier to me than alignment, don't you think!?

Do you know what I loved most about my holiday in NZ?

Sweet freedom from that ‘permanently damp neck’ life I’d been living since summer hit Australia. 😆😜😅💦

Chef’s kiss to Queenstown summer! 🤌😘

I didn’t go on socials for 9 days but these photos are burning a hole in my phone and let’s be honest, if I don’t post did it really happen?

1. Finding hearts in the wild (the universe really said “I see you, babe” and my hubby telling me to hurry the fuck up already)

2. Eating the obligatory @fergburgerqueenstown by the obligatory view of the lake (yes, like a proper tourist)

3. The most MOST delicious vegan benny @bespokekitchen (didn’t know this was possible but here we are)

4 & 5. Sauna on the lake @watershedsaunas (my skin has never been happier)

6 & 7. Cosy by the fire post-walk celebratory pizza and wine @thecowpizza (earned every single bite)

8. The most delicious seafood packed paella from @soda_queenstown (still dreaming about this)

9. Birthday banana split ice cream with chocolate sauce from @patagoniachocolates (soooo sweet but 🤤)

10. Hot tub and blissful massage at @onsenhotpools (peak life right here pinch me)

11. Last day breekie super healthy but lush looking gluten-free buckwheat pancakes @yonderqt (going out strong)

If you love to eat the most delicious food, hike the most prettiest scenery and do it all without breaking a sweat…Queenstown is your dream midlife destination!😏😜

This gal has very sore feet and a heart full ✨ What I was up to this week...tramping for 53.4km in NZ on the Milford Track…a big tick off the bucket list for me. To be totally immersed offline in the forest for 5 days was so good for the soul. The Milford track is so diverse…every day a different experience but every day met with the most beautiful scenery...the bluest, most crystal clear water you can drink straight from the stream...to snow capped mountains...to lush moss-filled forests (and there were 100% fairies in those forests). And how refreshing to not worry about snakes, spiders and leeches! 😜 What I love most about these experiences is the present moment presence that cultivates...nothing profound, simply every day being in the NOW instead of worrying about a million unnecessary things. It was about walking, eating, and readying for the next day. When did you last give yourself permission to just BE? Sometimes we need to physically remove ourselves from the noise to remember what peace actually feels like. Big shoutout to the team @ultimatehikesnz absolutely amazing, cannot speak highly enough of this company! (Extra thanks to our guides Ruby, Sylvie, Nick and Finn... you guys rock!) Put it on your list, people…an experience not to miss! 🥾 What’s your next adventure calling you toward?
