Clear + Anchor Meditation

Feeling a little heavy, scattered or not quite like yourself?

Clear + Anchor is a free 20-minute guided meditation to help you release some of what you’ve been carrying, clear the energetic clutter and come back to your own centre.

There’s a little of my energetic clearing magic woven through it too, giving you a taste of the deeper clearing work I do.

A little energetic housekeeping for you.

@melina.lynde

The more interconnected our world becomes, the more intimately we need to know ourselves.

There are women in my life who know their own energy so well they recognise the smallest shift within themselves. They know their patterns, rhythms, flow, and what it feels like to be in their home state equilibrium.

When something feels off and their usual practices aren’t bringing them back into balance, they pay attention. They get curious, investigate and take the time to understand what’s happening on an energetic level.

I have so much respect for these women and the relationship they’ve cultivated with themselves. I think we can all learn from that level of self-awareness.

We can be deeply conscious, powerful women and still be influenced by the world we’re participating in every day. People project their fears, emotions, expectations and all sorts of shit onto one another, often without realising it.

And from my experience working with energy, there are some seriously wild and wonky things at play in the unseen that would blow your mind.

Think about how much we connect with through relationships, conversations, environments, technology and the endless stream of information entering our fields.

So much has become everyday life that we barely consider how it’s influencing us.

The energetic weather feels different these days. Life feels faster, our connections are multiplying and we’re being pulled in more directions than ever.

Energetic sovereignty is a living practice…

something we cultivate through awareness, discernment and the relationship we continue to build with ourselves. It invites us to recognise what influences us, take responsibility for what we participate in and become more conscious of what we contribute to the collective.

The more intimately we know ourselves, the more discerning we become about the energy of the spaces we inhabit, the quality of our connections and the influences we allow into our lives.

My Energetic Clearings support you in bringing your energy, home or business back into this home state balance.

I held the sun between my fingers today.

And for one extraordinary moment, the infinite appeared small enough to belong to me.

And I realised how much I’ve been trying to control lately. Trying to hold onto outcomes and the way I think things should unfold.

As though holding on a little tighter could somehow stop life from changing and shifting in the ways only God knows are best for me.

How often I’ve believed that if I could hold onto something tightly enough, I could somehow keep it from changing.

And then I moved my fingers.

The sun remained exactly where it had always been.

How much of my life I’ve spent trying to hold together things that were never mine to control.

The sun was never mine.

And still, for one beautiful moment, I held it. ☀️

A month ago, you were in flow…really in flow, not just busy or functioning, actually moving with something, ideas landing in your channel, decisions coming easily, like life was giving you all the blessings.

And then something shifted, you can’t quite name when, perhaps there was an incident, a conversation that left a strange residue, or perhaps nothing obvious to you at all…but it just went quiet.

Now everything feels heavier than it should, you’re waking up with that low hum of anxiety that doesn’t have a clear reason.

The things that used to excite you feel flat, you’re second-guessing decisions you’d normally make without blinking.

You go back to everything you know that can shift this state…meditation, movement, embodiment…and still nothing shifts this wonky ass state you’ve found yourself in.

And when that doesn’t work, the story starts.

How was I in such flow only a few weeks ago? How did I go from that to this so fast?

And slowly, without even realising it, you start gaslighting yourself.

Telling yourself it was never that good, questioning your path.

That maybe you’re not as far along as you thought, that you have taken 20 steps backwards on the journey of yours.

I witness this a lot, with women especially, who are genuinely on the path, building real things, actually doing the work.

Sometimes it can be your own stuff, your fears, your habits, your beliefs, and that deserves its own attention.

But…sometimes…

Sometimes, there’s something energetic underneath it too.

Detrimental unseen energies that start to intermesh with your own fears and patterns until the whole thing feels enormous, and you can’t tell anymore where your stuff ends and something else begins.

We don’t walk around in iron clad bubbles.

Everything is energy, everything is in motion, everything is intertwined.

When we clear that density, in your space and in you, people start to feel themselves again…back to their home state.

That part never went anywhere, it just got a little buried with the gunk.

Hi, if we haven’t met…I’m Melina and I help women clear the density…whether it’s in your space, your biz or in your own field ❤️

I’ve been reading Magic Lessons by Alice Hoffman (the prequel to Practical Magic) and there’s an idea in the book that has followed me out of the pages and into my thoughts about what it means to work clean. There’s a point in the book where magic is being worked through hurt, resentment and a desire for revenge, and the warning is simple: “Blood begets blood.” The wound has entered the spell. When we work energetically, what we bring into that space matters. The intention is to come in clean, clear and uncompromised, bringing as little of ourselves as possible and allowing God to move through us. And that’s why knowing our own shadow matters. The parts we haven’t faced are often the parts we don’t realise we’ve brought into the room. What are you feeding the spell? A desire for revenge can live inside a call for justice. Fear can weave itself through something you swear is intuition. Our undealt-with stuff can find its way in too…the need to be right, validated, in control, to feel special or get the outcome we want. Our own stuff can create portals…Openings where we can become compromised without realising it. Knowing your shadow is some of the deepest energetic protection you can do. Know what lives in your basement. Know which wounds still have teeth. Know what happens inside you when you feel rejected, betrayed, jealous or fucking furious. Have you admitted your deepest fears to yourself? Do you know where your intuition ends and your own history begins? The shadow we refuse to meet still gets a seat at the table. And really, this goes far beyond energy work. Whatever we’re creating in the world, our unexamined stuff can find its way into it. Our relationships, businesses, the way we help, teach, guide, parent, love and make decisions. So I keep coming back to: What am I creating from? What part of me is in this? Where can I get hooked? Where have I left a door open? Energy begets energy. What we create from becomes part of what we create. The spell remembers what you fed it. 🪄

How many circuses have we been invited into this year? 😂

I’m becoming far more interested in the energy underneath what we’re being invited to participate in than choosing a side.

Is it clean? Is it mine? Do I actually want to plug myself into this?

Our attention is fucking valuable.

Spend it wisely. 🖤

Save this post to read through when you have some space to soak it in 🙏
