And that’s exactly the medicine the world needs right now. You’re exhausted and it’s not even your shit...🤓💩 Here’s what’s wild about this and probably why you feel so fucking drained. We’re all so spiritually aware and conscious, yet no matter how much we try to avoid the news or limit social media, there’s a texture to what’s happening out there that still gets through…its like we are going through a recalibration of our energy fields trying to find the sweet spot in the new “normal”. 🤪 It seeps into our field, our energy, how we’re existing in the world right now. I laugh at myself often about being “spiritually aware”…because we “know the greater reasons” yet we can get caught in this “yes, this is happening BUT we know better” loop. We want to rage (and sometimes we really fucking should) but we keep ourselves in check because we know that staying stuck in that energy doesn’t actually help anything or anybody. Yet those outside forces still can penetrate our field. We can have all our practices which is wonderful but if you have a day or two where you feel a little off, getting sick, something happening emotionally…things can get in and fuck with us (making us think its all ours). I'm learning more and more in my energy work about resonance and what it actually means and how it manifests in the 3D.

This gal has very sore feet and a heart full ✨ What I was up to this week...tramping for 53.4km in NZ on the Milford Track…a big tick off the bucket list for me. To be totally immersed offline in the forest for 5 days was so good for the soul. The Milford track is so diverse…every day a different experience but every day met with the most beautiful scenery...the bluest, most crystal clear water you can drink straight from the stream...to snow capped mountains...to lush moss-filled forests (and there were 100% fairies in those forests). And how refreshing to not worry about snakes, spiders and leeches! 😜 What I love most about these experiences is the present moment presence that cultivates...nothing profound, simply every day being in the NOW instead of worrying about a million unnecessary things. It was about walking, eating, and readying for the next day. When did you last give yourself permission to just BE? Sometimes we need to physically remove ourselves from the noise to remember what peace actually feels like. Big shoutout to the team @ultimatehikesnz absolutely amazing, cannot speak highly enough of this company! (Extra thanks to our guides Ruby, Sylvie, Nick and Finn... you guys rock!) Put it on your list, people…an experience not to miss! 🥾 What’s your next adventure calling you toward?
