Nourishing You

In the hustle and stress of our daily lives, it’s so easy to get swept away by negative influences.

Think social media, mainstream news, energies coming at us at every turn (energies you can’t even see 😵‍💫 gah!), toxic thoughts, toxic behaviours, drama (or own and others).

These are all things that get us entangled and can make us “forget” and becoming foggy and deviate from our path.

But reminder today…nourishing our heart is essential. 💖

Our heart is our wellspring, our compass, our north star from which our thoughts, words, and actions flow. It’s in our hearts that we find the truth of who we are and the guidance for our path forward.

Imagine your heart as a radiant flower, where divine love and wisdom blossoms. 🌸

How can we do this on a practical level?

🌻 Mindful Reflection: Take moments each day to pause and reflect. Breathe deeply and connect with the divine presence within you.

🥰 Surround Yourself with Positivity: Choose to be around people and environments that uplift and inspire you. Let go of relationships and situations that drain your energy and dim your light.

💛 Practice Gratitude: Gratitude is a powerful practice that shifts our focus from what is lacking to the abundance that surrounds us and amplifies the heart’s resonance on an energetic level.

📣 Speak Life into the World: Remember our words are our wands and we have the power to create and transform ourselves and those around you.

Trust that God’s guidance will always lead you towards what is the highest and best outcome for you (even if it doesn’t make sense at the time and that its painful to go through). 🌟💖

I feel like now more than ever we need to keep on that journey back to our hearts…and if you deviate for a moment or two, re-direct yourself.

Find the souls that can help with this…put your hand up and ask for help, it’s ok to stay vulnerable and soft in the midst of uncertainty. (I know some amazing healers if you need some).

Stay in trust with the divine, walking the path it has intended for us with grace and faith.
