Hi, I’m Melina.

I’m a Sound Healing Facilitator, Cacao Ceremonialist, and Meditation Guide based on the Sunshine Coast. My work is devoted to guiding people back into presence, the quiet, steady place within that often gets lost beneath the noise of life.

For many years, I lived in anxiety, feeling braced and disconnected from my own sense of ease. It was through meditation and moments of stillness that I slowly found my way back into my body and into myself.

Now, through gentle practices and simple offerings like this one, I create spaces where the mind can soften, the body can rest, and you can meet yourself without pressure or fixing.
