This intimate gathering begins with a gentle meditation to help you land fully in your body. As you close your eyes and let the outside world fade, you’ll be guided to tune into your breath, feel your feet rooted to the ground, and sense the subtle rhythm within. It’s a chance to wrap yourself in a warm safe cocoon, letting the thoughts and distractions melt away as you settle into a feeling of deep presence and calm.

And in that stillness, you might begin to notice a quiet resonance—a soft hum of your breath, the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat, the subtle sounds that remind you you’re alive and here.

Stillness isn’t the absence of sound; it’s an invitation to listen more closely, to feel more deeply, and to connect with a part of yourself that often goes unheard in the noise of everyday life.

We’re creating a space to let go of the noise and reconnect with that part of you that’s been longing for stillness and rest. Because in these moments of resonance, we find pieces of ourselves we’ve forgotten or put aside in all the busyness.

By the end of the afternoon, it’ll feel like you’ve taken a long, deep exhale. We’ll wrap up with a simple moment together, enjoying a bliss ball and a warm cup of cacao, letting the experience settle softly within.

If you’ve been craving a little breathing room, a chance to reset, and an experience to bring you back to yourself, this is for you. It’s a way to honour that need for rest and spaciousness that we all feel but rarely give ourselves.

Hey…I’m Melina, your soulful guide and modern day mystic to re-discovering those spaces in between spaces where your true presence resides.

I’m a Sound Healing Facilitator, Cacao Ceremonialist, and Meditation and Yoga Teacher located on the Sunshine Coast. 

I run retreats and events that offer a nurturing space for deep rest and relaxation. Using sound healing, cacao ceremonies, and meditation, I create experiences that help you connect deeply with your heart and bring lightness to your who being. 

My absolute mission is to offer light-filled, nourishing rituals that help men and women find everyday peace and discover the magic within themselves.

Just bring yourself and anything that makes you feel comfortable. We’ll provide mats, blankets, and all the essentials to make this a cozy, nurturing experience. You might want to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. If you need extra cushion you can also bring your yoga mat.

Not at all. This gathering is designed for everyone, whether you’re new to meditation and sound healing or have years of practice. All that’s needed is a willingness to relax and receive.

Sound healing can feel different for everyone. Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, a gentle release of tension, and an overall feeling of ease. You may feel the vibrations within your body, which can help quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Sound healing helps to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body and mind into a state of harmony. The vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to clear out any energy blocks, and can support you in feeling more grounded, centered, and at peace.

It’s completely natural! This experience is all about letting go of the need to ‘do’ and just being. The sound vibrations are there to support you, helping to naturally quiet the mind without forcing it. You’ll be gently guided, and there’s no right or wrong way to experience it.
