Spiritual Women in Business: Stop Being Available to Everyone
Spiritual women in business: Stop being available to everyone.
You’re energetically draining your vitality.
You see their name pop up on your screen and your stomach just…drops.
Not because it’s bad news, because you know you’re about to feel guilty for not responding to the last three messages sitting in your phone.
The ones from people who only reach out when they need something, but somehow, you’re still crafting elaborate apologies in your head about why you’re “just seeing this.”.
Why Spiritual Women Struggle With Energetic Boundaries
What I’ve been really feeling into this lately (hello perimenopause)…is that we’ve been convinced that being “spiritual” means being available to everyone all the time.
Instantly, graciously and even to people who take your energy without question and give nothing back.
You tell yourself conscious people don’t keep score, that love is unconditional, that you’re evolved enough to give without expectation or return.
But your nervous system is screaming NOOOOO fuck noooo stop doing this..your energy is depleted, and you’re starting to resent the very people you’re trying to love so graciously.
This cycle becomes fucken draining and I know you want to shift it too.
But what if I told you: wanting and craving reciprocity isn’t unspiritual, it’s spiritual maturity.
Real spirituality isn’t about absorbing everyone’s problems or chaos or being gracious to people who drain you dry.
It’s about your energy field becoming so coherent that you naturally flow toward what nourishes you and away from what depletes you.
Reciprocity Isn’t Unspiritual, It’s Spiritual Maturity
Maturing spiritually means recognising that your energy is sacred and yours to give to who you choose…not free.
Your Energy Is Yours to Give
When you anchor into this…truly not just with your mind but with your whole body YES…it will shift.
What Energetic Boundaries Actually Look Like in Business
You stop over-giving to people who under-receive you and you take your time to respond to whom you choose without the story that you’re a bad person.
You stop being “understanding” about disrespect.
You become energetically unavailable to bullshit (wouldn’t that be nice hey).
Your energy goes to people who match it (ahem…resonance)…your responses come from choice and not guilt and your grace flows to those who actually honour it.
Not because you’re keeping score, because you’re finally keeping yourself…that version of you doesn’t apologise for requiring reciprocity to thrive in all your connections.
It’s time we redefined what spiritual maturity actually looks like in business.
Real power isn’t in being endlessly available, it’s in being selectively present with your energy. And if that threatens people who’ve been feeding off your depletion?
Perfect…that’s how you know it’s working.
If your boundaries have changed but something still feels energetically tangled, heavy or stuck, there may be more sitting in your field than what’s yours.
